Tim Hortons' App Has Been Tracking You Even When It's Not Open

Following an investigative story by the Financial Post which revealed the Tim Hortons app was logging users' location data in the background even when the app wasn’t open, Tim Hortons is facing a class-action lawsuit in Quebec.
