Setting up PowerPoint for lobby use can be expensive, time consuming, and require a lot of unnecessary gear. The Cat5 team sets out to instead convert PowerPoint slides to images using free software to allow them to be displayed using an affordable media player that loads all the images like a slideshow, reducing the footprint and cost to run.
