Ubuntu 18.04.1 is now OFFICIALLY Supported on Hyper-V by Microsoft - But Out-Of-The-Box, It's a FAIL

There's big buzz about Microsoft officially bringing Ubuntu 18.04.1 with Enhanced Session Mode XRDP to the new Hyper-V Quick Create system, but while the installation goes great, we've found the end-user experience to be lacking. In fact, we could go so far as saying it's in-line with their famous Blue Screen of Death.
