2020 has seen ISPs and online service providers hit with massive increases in bandwidth consumption. This has lead to dropouts and occasional outages, but behind the scenes work is being done to improve the underlying infrastructure. Robbie and Jeff discuss what they think will come of it: The further growth of online services and mesh networks, and possibly a need to look at how "big brother" collects and uses our data.
