Chat not allowed by account settings. Cannot send message in Minecraft fix after migrating from Mojang to Microsoft account.

Minecraft is forcing users to move their Mojang account to a Microsoft account, but following the migration many users are finding they can no longer chat on multiplayer servers. Jeff shows us how he fixed this for his own install, and we hope it helps you too.
