Robbie's Timelapse GCODE Injection Tool injects a custom piece of code into your existing GCODE file to tell your 3D printer's extruder to move to either the far left or far right of the X axis between each layer to tap a camera shutter switch.

  • Robbie uses this print for his trigger on a Ender-3V2. It should work on other Ender 3 models as well.

Note: This system only supports GCODE files up to 25 MB in size. If your GCODE file is larger than 25 MB, use the standalone version instead. See "Open Source" below.

Open Source: You may download the source code of this injector on our GitHub.

Disclaimer: I do not store, review or otherwise steal your GCODE. Your connection to this site is encrypted. If in doubt, feel free to use the python version locally. As with any GCODE, please test the output of this tool on your printer before leaving it unattended. The injected code is the same at every layer, so if it is all good for the first few layers, you should be fine. By using this tool you accept that Category5 TV and its staff are not liable for any damage to your printer, loss of filament, or other effects due to the use of this injector.
