A traditional #Cat5TV dinner after a hard day's work! Anthony, Jeff and I headed out for a burger Wednesday night. Been wanting to do this for many weeks, but our workload made it tough. Finally, with some tasks done, it was possible.

This week Henry Baillie Brown joins Sasha and Robbie to talk about Raspberry Pi as a development and hands-on education platform, compressing PNG images by up to 80%, the Face Swap Live app and GIMP.
What a fun week! First of all, Jeff's on vacation, but lucky for us, we get to check in with him several times through the magic of video telepresence! To fill his spot at the desk, Henry Baillie Brown from The Drone Zone joins us.
We tried to cram a lot of great info into a 60 minute show... and ended up with an 85 minute show instead.
From swapping faces to a free stock photo web site that lets you use the images for commercial use... we covered a lot of stuff in that 85 minutes. Henry also brought his Raspberry Pi kit to show us what he's been up to.
Our Patrons requested we bring back the GIMP Tips series, so we kicked off # 15 with the Quick Mask tool, where you can paint your selection with the paintbrush. Don't miss my amazing touchpad skills as I trace the edges like a boss... who has been drinking.
At the end of the show, don't miss the announcement about our new contest!
Enjoy the show! Please don't forget to give 'er a big thumbs up on YouTube, and post your comments so we know what you think.
Have a great week!
-Robbie

This was one of the first Linux comics I ever stumbled across, and I think it remains one of my favorites. (Using it in a new article)

It's finally out! #DataDrivePodcast Episode 11 was a learning experience to produce! In the end, I had to add an SSD to my computer and configure it as Virtual RAM to be able to load the MASSIVE project. Every episode is a learning experience and I'm loving the ride. Pun intended. :) Enjoy the show!

What a neat time in tech that my fridge just sent me a message that its air filter was due to be changed, along with step-by-step instructions on how to do it. RTFM is finally dead.
THAT'S what came to mind? 🤣
Seeking to find the balance between great sound quality and looking like a pop star... I think I've found it! #DataDrivePodcast
