EMMC is in bp9s desktop machine now but linux doesn't see it due to BIOS config being RAID, not AHCI. Dougs X4U is on its way! Brian Murray describes ETESYNC, a CardDav and CalDav server. Peter fixed the faulty board that the supplier will not refund his money for. bp9 is joined by Solbu, Doug, Brian Murray, Stormy, and Peter.

bp9 is back on his phone but different headset because there is nowhere to plug in his regular headset. The laptop is on its way back to Dell after much messing around with support. We sing Happy Birthday to Peter since Solbu notes the copyright is lapsed now. GeezerGeek is very busy for Easter, being a Pastor. Stormy is building an Android app that is like taskwarrior and timewarrior for a college project. Solbu and bp9 talk about postfix and dovecot. Peter is fixing faults on RF synthesizer board. bp9 is joined by Solbu, Doug, Peter, Brian Murray, GeezerGeek and Stormy.

Happy belated pi day. Today we welcome Brian Murray from Scotland to the coffee break! He's a long-time listener and apple user converted back to open source and Linux. bp9 is still dealing with his new laptop BIOS not recognizing his SATA drive. Doug is still having issues with ubuntu on his RasPi. Time to get an ODROID-XU4 from ameriDroid! Peter notes that bp9's audio turns into a Dalek every now and again; must be bandwidth issues. Solbu planned for a reboot at 888 days after a kernel upgrade but data center had outage at 886 days :-)

bp9 is all wide-screen with his new setup, and annoys Solbu because it runs Win10. Unfortunately the laptop BIOS does not recognize bp9's SATA SSD. bp9 and Solbu discuss implementing mail servers. Expect to take a year or so to learn how it works. Lots of discussion about old storage media and formatted vs. state capacity. Doug's RasPi saga continues. He thinks his SD card has failed and is waiting for a new one. bp9 is joined by Doug and Solbu. We all miss Peter.

bp9 has issues with his phone, sorry about choppy video/audio. Robbie is here! He had some issues with the studio software upgrade but is pushing through to produce more video. Welcome to Dave Hodson (GeezerGeek on YouTube) who joins us for the first time. Marshman puts our favorite zoom background up. We marvel at how he gets 10,000+ steps in most days! Solbu points out the Linux kernel severe bug. Doug continues to have problems setting up his Raspberry Pi. Peter says England and Ireland might be opening up again in April and mentions hard disk prices that have skyrocketed. bp9 is joined by Robbie Ferguson, Marshman, Dave Hodsdon, Doug Townsend, Peter Lewis and Solbu.

bp9 hopes to restart development efforts on his pinetime with new pogo pins and talks about the role of ofono on his pinephone. Solbu is the packager for the Mageia distro which releases version 8 soon. Solbu posts a brain teaser and leaves us all stumped. Doug continues to have issues with his RasPi entertainment system and his cat supervises from the chair. It's SSH keys this time. Peter's GPS clock works much better when he puts the GPS antenna outside where it can see the sky. bp9 is joined by Solbu, Doug and Peter.

Solbu describes pros, cons, and requirements for self-hosting an email server for your own domain and fixes radios without fixing them. Doug replaces his laptop fan and all is well. Doug looks forward to visiting family soon. Peter is dealing with postal service issues and describes a GPS receiver although poor GPS service does not help. bp9's internet is much more stable now. The USB-C on bp9's Pinephone might not be able to activate a multi-port dongle due to hardware issues. bp9 is joined by Solbu, Doug and Peter.
